A Bit About Me...

One of the first things you should know about me is that I am a Full-Time Realtor! I don't do this for a hobby or as a side business. 

I make my living helping my clients/people like you, get what they want!  My clients/you are my first concern!

Throughout my career I've learned that being able to trust and depend on others really does matter and that honest communication & listening is key to understanding and setting achievable expectations, for everyone!

I work with sellers and buyers in Sheboygan, Fond du Lac, Dodge, Washington, Ozaukee and Waukesha Counties.  It's a pretty big area, yet I go where my people need me.  Recently, I was working with a buyer here in Wisconsin that was using an online lender in Arizona and their lender asked me to help her find/purchase a home in Phoenix.  To date, she is my most distant client!

A major portion of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals.  Recently one of my people called me her 'RFL'.  When I asked what that meant, she smiled and said, 'you are my Realtor for Life'!

What does 'exceeding your expectations' actually mean... What are your expectations?

My clients tell me they want someone that they can count on. They want someone that can expertly guide them through what for many can be a very stressful process... selling or finding and buying a home. 

They want a professional, fulltime Realtor that is available to them, someone that will listen to them, explain things that are unclear, someone that can advise them on options they have, someone that will take on and work through issues that will arise, someone that isn't simply focused on commissions but rather someone that is more focused on helping them get what they want, a great communicator!

In the end, the number one thing that clients tell me they look for in a Realtor... is Results!
